When I deleted and reposted the same content in order to reply to the correct post, I saw:
An error occurred: Body is too similar to what you recently posted
Can we allow this?
Strange, I was able to do the same thing after a few minutes.
Curious, haven’t encountered this particular Discourse behavior myself! 
After a bit of investigation, it appears to be one of their many spam prevention / rate limiting features. The default configuration of this setting requires at least 5 minutes between posts with the same content. I have just now lowered it to 1 minute, which will hopefully avoid this appearing during normal usage while still providing a tiny amount of spam protection.
Let me know if it gets in the way again.
