Sorry for the late and half-finished submission (I’ve been sick and midterms). I’m proposing Dimensions of Extensibility as a springboard to compare different malleable systems in terms of what they enable in extensibiltiy. In general I think we could benefit from a common language when discussing designs so we can be reasonable about trade-offs.
The list i very much incomplete and intended to be a live document so please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Will read in more detail once I finish my own submission… I hope you’ll keep working on this as time allows.
